Description:Locally common erect herb to 1 m; stems with sparse retrorse prickles; leaves with and elongated mucro, the underleaf med-veins and leaf axils sparsely hispid; flowers white with one central dark maroon one. 
Habitat:Escaped in tended domicile grounds for 6 years.
