Locality:USA. South Carolina. Chester Co.: From the junction of SC 909/SC 12-14 and SC 9; go to 1.9 mi. W of SC 9 and turn left onto Turners Lane; site is on both sides of Turners Lane; site is on both sides of Turners Lane, on about 300 acres.
Habitat:Much of the site is open, with scattered red cedar; the shrub layer is dominated by Rubus spp. And Symphoricarpos orbiculatus; grasses and forbs are a mixture of weedy and native prairie-associated species (area was until recently used as a dairy farm).
